2. Freight & Transportation Delays
Delays stemming from weather, mechanical failure, or port congestion—Force Majeure events—are outside our immediate control. While we strive for 99% on-time delivery, CP SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS LLC doesn't guarantee specific arrival times and isn't liable for consequential losses resulting from late arrivals. 3. Cargo Liability & Claims
Damage claims must be filed within 17 days of delivery. No exceptions. We ensure your cargo is insured to industry standards, but we highly recommend supplemental coverage for high-value electronics or fragile medical supplies.
